I started out in business 7 years ago at 24, completely green and out of my depth when I changed from a career as a secondary school teacher.

Since then, I have gathered a wealth of experience and expertise which I used to build multiple businesses in Ireland and Australia which gave me the lifestyle, fulfilment & financial reward I always dreamed of.

Today, my mission is to share everything I know about building a business that is both successful and completely aligned to the person behind it.

    My career has always centered on education, empowerment, and growth. I began as an Irish and music teacher with a Master’s in Education but soon craved a bigger challenge. This led me to Australia, where I pivoted into personal training, building a multi-six-figure business during the pandemic, growing a team, and mastering business strategy. While I was successful, the demanding industry culture led me to burnout, pushing me to redefine success on my own terms.

  • Founding Ayrie

    Returning to Ireland, I founded Ayrie, a thriving women’s wellness community focused on nutrition, movement, education, and mindset. Ayrie grew into a global, multi-six-figure business, winning business and entrepreneurship awards while empowering hundreds of women.

  • Journey to Business Coach

    Alongside running Ayrie, I became a success coach for a leading business mentorship company, helping online entrepreneurs scale and grow their wealth. There, I deepened my expertise by earning a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, refining my approach to supporting business owners.

  • Now We’re Here

    In 2023, I fully shifted my focus to coaching entrepreneurs, combining my expertise in education, business strategy, and sustainable success. Now, I help ambitious leaders scale with confidence, avoid burnout, and create impact-driven businesses—without compromising their well-being.
